| 6 year old girl presented with a fractured front tooth as a result of baseball game accident. Direct composite was used instead of porcelain crown to restore the tooth due to her young age. The repaired tooth looked so natural that she can't even tell which one was broken. | |||||

Patient complained of crown margins showing due to recession
of gumline. A full upper mouth porcelain bridge was reconstructed using
new porcelain making techniques and design called butt margin. Even in
the case of recession of gumline the margins will not show up as black
again.
